CCAGC Event:  Burning Ridge Oct 10, 2009 Results

 

In a small field the 17 competitors that showed up played through the early heat, the downspout, a little thunder, a few flashes of lightning in the sky.  In the end, the players that made the fewest mistakes ended up on top.

 

Congratulations to Tim Tarlton of Myrtle Beach.  His 1^st ever CCAGC victory and vaults him into 5^th place in the chase for the Club Championship, a mere 2500 points behind Walt Wysk our Current Point Leader.  With 2 events left, Fall Major at Wachesaw and the Glub Championship at Grand Dunes,  Tim would need to Run the table and win those 2 events and hope for the best.

 

In 2^nd place, just 1 shot back was Chris Gibson with a net 71.  In 3^rd Rich Riker’s net 73 is one of his best showings in the CCAGC events this year and Jim Fenner in 4^th with a Net 74.
