The forecast was for
steady rain all Friday night through the morning and afternoon Saturday. Once again, the rain gods granted the CCAGC
most of the morning rain free, A little drizzle on and off but no
real rain except for the last 15-20 minutes of the round. We had 37 players with 1 late withdrawal and
1 no show for the event.
Typical of the 1st
outing of the year, only 1 player broke net par shooting his best tournament
score in over a year, yours truly,
In with net 72 tied for 2nd
place were Bob Hansen, David Evans, and Lanny
Rodgers. Lanny’s
gross 77 was also the low gross for the event.
In with net 73’s and tied
for 5th place were Lee Buck Wilson and Tim Tarlton
In with net 74’s and tied 7th
place and rounding out the top 25% were Al Glander
and Chris Gibson.

net birdies or eagles were cut. Only hole 16 didn’t have a net birdie or eagle. The 170.00 in skins money will carry over to
